Songkran holidays will rely on number of new infections

Songkran holidays

Songkram could be back on in July, however, this all depends on the number of new Covid-19 infections.

This has come from Dr Taweesin Visanuyothin, spokesman for the Centre for Covid-19 Situation Administration.

As we are all aware the third phase of lockdown easing began today and things look on the up, but it will all depend on the new Covid-19 cases staying in single digits.

Thailand had postponed the Songkran holidays in April to help curb the pandemic.
