A female bakery shop owner in Bortong district of Chon Buri province was shocked to find two wild elephants that came to the front of her home to eat flour and sugar that she kept to make bread and sweets for sale, sanook.com reported yesterday (Nov 6, 2020).
The incident happened on the night of Nov 1, when Miss Worawan Siwaroon-non and her father were about to go to bed.
“I heard a loud noise and thought a dog was outside,” the father said. “I opened the front gate and was surprised to find two wild elephants, which proceeded to eat flour and sugar that I had prepared to make bread and sweets.”
The two elephants left without harming anyone.
