Two people were reported missing after a jet ski overturned in the water close to Soi 14 around 7 o’clock in the evening, according to Pattaya City Police Station personnel. Doctors from Bangkok Hospital and rescuers from the Sawang Boriboon Rescue Foundation arrived on the scene right away with the police.When Pathomphon Phonrat, age 7, was retrieved from the water, he was critically injured and unresponsive.
