Rayner Teo, the chief executive officer of MYAirline, announced that the company would run flights out of two airports in Bangkok: Suvarnabhumi Airport and Don Mueang International Airport, respectively, starting on June 28 and July 1, respectively.

Teo said that MYAirline’s eighth aircraft, which would be utilized to fly between Malaysia and Bangkok, acquired the certificate of airworthiness today.
At the moment, MYAirline runs seven aircraft with an average load factor of 91%.In addition to planning to fly to other regions of Thailand, including Phuket, Krabi, and Chiang Mai, MYAirline also intends to travel to Indonesia, primarily to Bali and Jakarta, as well as to Vietnam and Singapore.
Regarding upcoming plans, he stated that MYAirline is aiming to establish its second hub in either Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, or Kuching, Sarawak.
“Like every airline, we are researching operations with many hubs. We already have one hub here (KLIA), and before the year is through, we hope to have a second one. “It makes sense to have one hub in each of the states, whether it be in Sabah or Sarawak,” he said.
The one-million passenger milestone was reached in a little more than six months of operations on nine domestic routes within Malaysia, according to a statement from MYAirline.
Passengers arriving at KLIA Terminal 2 at 3 o’clock today on aircraft Z98104 from Kuching hailed the historic occasion.
Additionally, ten lucky guests earned round-trip airline tickets to popular locations in Malaysia.
Teo stated that while MYAirline develops and serves the MYAirline community, the company is dedicated to provide excellent services and unique experiences.
He noted that the achievement “exemplifies its dedication to being Malaysia’s most dependable airline, as it firmly believes that passengers’ experiences matter.” – Bernama.
