Vehicle collision at the Pattaya Central Bypass Tunnel

A car suddenly drove into the right lane where Mr. Somchok Meechong, a 45-year-old tour bus driver, was driving his bus in preparation for entering the tunnel, causing a collision.
On October 1st, at about 5:30 PM, the accident was reported to Sawang Boriboon rescue services. It happened at the entrance to the bypass tunnel for Sukhumvit-Central roads in Pattaya’s Banglamung district of Chonburi province.
The bus driver, Mr. Somchok, claimed that his bus struck the car, causing the sedan to flip onto its roof. Fortunately, there were no passengers on the tour bus at the time of the collision, and the left front side of the vehicle only received minor damage.
The sedan’s unknown driver and his passenger, meanwhile, managed to securely claw out of the car uninjured. They weren’t hurt in any way.
According to reports, the sedan’s driver made no comments about the collision. The overturned car was freed for traffic after the accident site was photographed by Pattaya Police for evidence. Both parties would later be called in by police for interrogation.
