Underground power cables

The construction of underground power lines in the Pattaya City region, particularly along Pattaya Second Road and Pattaya Third Road, is continuing ongoing as part of the Phase 1 electrical system development project as of the most recent update on July 11. The Pattaya City Municipality, the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) Northern Branch Pattaya, government communication agencies, commercial cable TV providers, the regional waterworks authority, and the Pattaya Police Station are all partners in this program.

The project’s present focus is on Pattaya Second Road, and work has begun there from the Wat Chaimongkol Temple. The portion from Pattaya South Road at the connection intersection on Third Road to the entrance of Walking Street also has a contractor assigned to finish work in the allotted 360 days.

The upgrading project enhances Pattaya City’s appearance while ensuring a safe and dependable electrical supply. Underground cabling has been built in a number of locations, including Pattaya North Road, Pattay Central Road, Pattay Walking Street, Sukhumvit Road, Pattaya Beach Road, Third Road, and Pattaya South Road. This represents a significant advancement.
