High Speed Superbike Crash

A traffic incident occurred along Sukhumvit Road, inbound to Sattahip, Chonburi Province, right in front of Ban Amphoe Trading, a construction materials store located in Na Jomtien Subdistrict, at 5:40 p.m. on May 5th. A collision transpired between a motorcycle, operated by Mr. Benjamin, a 19-year-old Polish national, and a sidecar motorcycle vending roti (flatbread), driven by Mr. Mong, whose nationality remains unidentified. Both individuals sustained injuries and were promptly transported to the hospital by the rescue team.

Upon investigation, officers from Na Jomtien Police Station analyzed footage captured by a car camera trailing behind. The footage depicted the sidecar motorcycle maneuvering into the right lane to execute a U-turn. Meanwhile, Mr. Benjamin, riding his motorcycle at considerable speed, collided with the sidecar, resulting in a significant impact that propelled both parties in different directions. Subsequent to their recovery, the police intend to summon them for further inquiry.
