Pattaya Airport gets more direct flights

flydubai direct to Pattaya

The TAT states that Flydubai will provide seven weekly direct flights between Dubai and U-Tapao. UAE tourists were the 20th-largest foreign visitor group to Thailand in 2022, with 66,000 traveling there.

The TAT estimates that approximately 150,000 visitors from the UAE will travel to Thailand this year, bringing in an estimated 14 billion baht (US$430 million) at an average cost of roughly 90,000 baht (US$3,000) each traveler.

Although there are more foreign visitors arriving on direct flights to Pattaya, many restaurants in Pattaya’s Walking Street still report a low level of business.

They said they are anticipating the return of Chinese tourists, which is anticipated to provide the tourism sector a huge boost as Chinese tour groups can now travel to Thailand once more after three years of restrictions.

From Doha, Qatar, Qatar Airways offers nonstop flights to U Tapao. The cutting-edge Hamad International Airport in Doha, Qatar, will serve as a transit station for flights coming from other places.

You can add several attractions in Pattaya to your schedule. The city features a stunning three-kilometer-long coastline, but if you’re looking for something a little different, drive inland to Buddha Hill, which is the city’s highest point. Awe-inspiring views await you, especially around sunset.

The Anek Kuson Sala gallery, which presents modern art exhibitions as well as unique cultural displays and activities, is one of the many museums and galleries in Pattaya.

A Ripley’s Believe It or Not exhibition, the lovely Nong Nooch Tropical Garden, and the Cartoon Network Amazone Waterpark are just a few of the theme parks available to families visiting Pattaya.
