Mayor Poramase Ngampiches of Pattaya took personal initiative to report and seek the arrest of two teenagers who were identified for spray-painting graffiti on public property at the Bali Hai Pier.

In a Facebook update on March 13th, Mayor Poramase shared images of himself reviewing CCTV footage that clearly captured the two individuals defacing cabinets, benches, poles, and walls at the pier.
