The minute-long video features a heavily tattooed man in a tank top and shorts becoming increasingly aggressive. The woman filming provides a firsthand narration of the altercation. Initially, the foreigner attacked another foreign man. When the Thai woman began recording the scene on her mobile phone, the aggressor turned on her, punching her in the face and causing bleeding.
Eyewitness accounts from bar employees, including a cashier, confirmed the events. They reported that the woman was merely documenting the altercation when she was attacked.
Police swiftly intervened, with tourist police officers taking control of the situation. They advised the injured woman to report the incident to the local police station. While further comments from her were not obtained, it is confirmed that she has filed a formal complaint. The video has since gone viral, sparking discussions about tourist behavior and safety in Pattaya.
