A foreign tourist, who had just arrived in Thailand, consumed a significant amount of alcohol and subsequently forgot the location of his accommodation in Pattaya.
The intoxicated traveler refused to leave the taxi, causing a difficult situation for the taxi driver, Sayan Yodsanga. Sayan sought assistance from the Pattaya police, and they attempted to communicate with the heavily intoxicated passenger but were unsuccessful due to the man’s severe intoxication.
