Pattaya Rescue Radio Center received a distress call reporting a man being stabbed in the right arm following a dispute with a group of seniors at a post-graduation celebration at Soi Huai Yai, Bang Lamung, Chonburi. Responding swiftly, relevant agencies and emergency services were dispatched to the scene.
Upon arrival, responders found a 19-year-old individual identified as Mr. Chaiyawat, with a 30-centimeter knife lodged in his right arm. Chaiyawat had suffered significant blood loss, prompting immediate first aid measures before he was transported to Bang Lamung Hospital for urgent medical attention.
According to initial investigations, Mr. Supakorn Suthijak, a 24-year-old friend of Chaiyawat, informed rescue teams that their group had been attending a post-graduation party for this year’s juniors since 6 PM. Allegedly, the altercation occurred while under the influence of alcohol, with Chaiyawat confronting the suspects’ group after feeling scrutinized by them.
Witnesses from the neighborhood intervened to prevent further escalation, and the suspects, along with other attendees, fled upon seeing Chaiyawat injured.
Huai Yai police officers conducted an initial inspection of the crime scene, collecting evidence to aid in tracking down the suspects and other individuals involved for further legal action.
