At 4:36 AM on February 17th, 2024, the Sawang Boriboon Dhamma Sathan Rescue Foundation Radio Center in Pattaya City received a report of a physical assault involving a transgender person who had injured two women with a sharp object at Soi 13, Pattaya Beach, Banglamung, Chonburi.

Following the report, rescue teams and the Pattaya City police were dispatched to the scene. Upon arrival, they found two victims: Ms. Nittaya Chansuay, 22, who had suffered multiple cuts to her face, and Ms. Supranee Khamnoi, 24, who had a cut on her left ear.

Supranee, one of the victims, informed the rescue teams that the suspect was selling perfume in Soi 13, while Nittaya was on her way to a hotel with her foreign boyfriend. The suspect allegedly tried to entice Nittaya’s boyfriend to spend the night with them, but he declined and went to a hotel 100 meters away from the incident scene. Subsequently, Nittaya engaged in a heated argument with the suspect before the situation escalated, leading to the suspect allegedly using a pocket knife to injure both Nittaya and Supranee, who was attempting to intervene.

The rescue teams provided first aid and promptly transferred the victims to a nearby hospital for medical treatment. The Pattaya City police initially apprehended the suspect, identified as Mr. Jirasak, a 32-year-old transgender person who was reportedly intoxicated. However, the victims were required to file official police reports after receiving medical treatment before legal action could be taken.
