Yesterday, June 17, 2023, Pattaya conducted its inaugural tattoo festival, and by all accounts, it was a huge success. The event ran from 11:00 AM till 9:00 PM at Royal Garden Plaza on Beach Road in Pattaya, Thailand.
It featured tens of thousands of attendees and participants, dozens of booths and participating tattoo parlors from many nations, celebrity tattoo artists, models, superbikes, and of course lots of tattoos.
