However, she suddenly began shouting and displaying erratic behavior, prompting officers to intervene swiftly to prevent the situation from escalating.
Her Danish male friend, who had been traveling with her, explained that they had been friends for over 15 years and had come to Pattaya for a retirement vacation just two days earlier. The previous day, the tourist had purchased cannabis to smoke. Shortly after, she began to act strangely, isolating herself in her room and exhibiting signs of paranoia, convinced that someone was out to harm her. She refused to allow anyone near, leading her friend to alert hotel staff, who then contacted the police.
As officers tried to transport her in a police vehicle, she became frantic, fearing for her safety. Despite attempts to control her, she continued to resist, even sticking her tongue out at police and bystanders. Eventually, she was taken to a hospital for medical treatment.
