Thailand, Pattaya In addition to the Songkran Wan Lai celebrations and the New Year’s countdown, one of Pattaya’s three main festivals returns in November to brighten the city.
The event will be held on Pattaya Beach on November 25 and 26, and Beach Road will be fully restricted to vehicle traffic and packed with a variety of food sellers and a street market.
Although the fireworks festival was held in 2020 and 2021, many people who would have loved to attend were unable to do so because of border restrictions, business closures, and COVID regulations.
Additionally, over the past two years, the spectacle has been drastically reduced back from several fireworks boats to only one.
However, this year’s fireworks festival comes to Pattaya with a BANG, and many of the city’s top beach hotel operators have reported that their establishments are already completely booked with beach views.
Over 100,000 domestic and foreign visitors are expected to visit the city for the event, according to Pattaya City officials.
