Liam Harrison Set for Long-Awaited Return Against Katsuki Kitano

Liam Harrison Katsuki Kitano at ONE

Liam “Hitman” Harrison is set to return after nearly two years out due to injury, facing off against Japanese rising star Katsuki Kitano at ONE 167: Stamp vs. Zamboanga on Prime Video. Scheduled for June 7 in U.S. primetime at the Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand, this bantamweight Muay Thai clash promises fireworks.

Harrison, a multiple-time Muay Thai World Champion, wasn’t sure if he’d compete again after a severe knee injury in his ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Title loss to Nong-O Hama in August 2022. However, after overcoming setbacks, Harrison is back at full strength and eager to resume his competitive career.

Kitano, known for his impressive ONE debut against Halil Kutukcu, brings a stylistically different approach with fast and flicky kicks. With a seven-fight winning streak, Kitano aims to make a name for himself against the iconic figure of “the art of eight limbs.”

Harrison, eyeing significant matchups in ONE, seeks to keep his prospects alive. Stay tuned to onefc.com for more updates on ONE 167.
