Nottingham native Bill Palmer was sadly killed in an accident on a motorbike when he got hit by a truck last week.
Bill was very well respected in Pattaya and beyond and his funeral was attended by a hundred plus people who were his family and friends. He will be greatly missed and on behalf of Pattaya One News and AX Media Thailand we would like to send our sincerest condolences to his family and friends. May he Rest In Peace.
