An sad event occurred when a tour bus driver in Pattaya unintentionally ran his bus into his girlfriend, seriously hurting her. She was trying to direct the car while it was being parked when the accident happened.
Yesterday at 6 o’clock, the mishap was reported to the Sawang Boriboon rescuers. In the Nong Prue sub-district of Bang Lamung district, Chonburi province, close to a shooting range, a rescue squad quickly arrived to the incident.
When the rescue squad arrived, they found Sopee Saesantia, 40, lying on the ground behind a sizable tour bus. She was in danger of losing consciousness and had broken ribs. Sopee received immediate medical attention from rescuers before being urgently taken to Pattaya Hospital. In order to learn more about the accident, they also spoke with Sopee’s lover, 50-year-old Suphat Phonyotha, who stayed at the site.
Suphat asserted that while Sopee was directing him from behind the bus, he unintentionally reversed the bus into her. He said that he was unable to see her, and that the collision sent her flying into a nearby shooting range’s wall, breaking it. Suphat informed the rescue crew right away.
Sopee is currently recuperating in the hospital, and Suphat will likely be held accountable for the harm done to the shooting range wall. 939,713 road incidents were reported in Thailand last year, up 4.7% from the previous year, according to the ThaiRSC’s January report.
