Yesterday, June 15, 2023, a construction worker from Pattaya suffered significant injuries after falling from a three-story structure. The event happened this morning around 9:45 AM at a business building on North Pattaya Road that was still under construction.
First responders discovered the injured man, Mr. Samarn Prasert, 43, a plaster worker, lying on the ground gravely hurt and unable to walk due to a serious back injury. Samarn mentioned feeling constricted in his chest but was aware and conscious. To Banglamung Hospital he was hurried.
Samarn was working on the third story of the building’s outside dismantling a concrete pillar when he accidentally took the wrong step and fell to the ground below, according to Mr. Somporn Rueangyoo, Samarn’s 53-year-old coworker. Somporn claimed that following the accident, he and other construction workers dialed emergency services for assistance right away.
Samarn was still being treated at Banglamung Hospital as of publication time and was anticipated to recover from his injuries.
