Pattaya police caught an intoxicated and high-on-pot adolescent after he flashed a knife outside Wat Chaimongkol Temple.
The 17-year-old was kept in custody until his parents arrived. They were told to keep a closer eye on their youngster and to seek help for his substance misuse. Shopkeepers near the South Pattaya temple reported the child, identified as “Jack,” had waved a knife several times while walking about the neighborhood. Jack flatly denied it. The teen was both intoxicated and high on marijuana when he was arrested.
When he was detained, he was carrying both pot and a “bong,” which is used to smoke marijuana. Despite being disarmed and detained, the boy continued to insult and attack officers.
