Police responded to a report of a man found dead after an apparent attack by two stray Rottweiler-mix dogs at a home in Don Mod Daeng, Ubon Ratchathani. Upon arrival, officers discovered the body of Mr. Wetchai (last name withheld) lying face down in his bedroom. He had severe bite wounds to the head, a torn ear, and was found in a pool of blood.
Medical examiners ruled out foul play, finding no evidence of blunt force trauma or sharp objects. The room showed signs of a struggle, with scattered items and an open back door. Authorities believe the dogs entered through the open door before attacking the victim.
Nearby, two stray Rottweiler-mix dogs were located and are believed to have been responsible for the deadly attack. Animal control officers were called in to tranquilize and capture the dogs as a precaution to prevent further incidents. Police are continuing their investigation.
