Movies Coming in Late 2023 ‘The Marvels,’ ‘Wonka’ and More

It’s been a quite a year for movies so far, and filmgoers are hoping that the fall and holiday season theatrical releases can live up to the one-two punch of “Barbie” and “Oppenheimer” in July.

So far in 2023, horror has been strong with entries like “M3GAN” and “Talk to Me,” with fans looking forward to “Saw X” in September and “The Exorcist: Believer” in October. Family audiences will have titles like “Trolls Band Together,” “Wish” and “Wonka” to entertain the kiddos, while those looking for historical dramas will embrace Martin Scorsese’s “Killers of the Flower Moon” and Ridley Scott’s “Napoleon.”

Though the Hollywood writers and actors’ strikes are causing some release schedules to change, other major end of year titles set to hit theaters include “The Marvels,” “Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes,” and “Ferrari.”
