Two people were injured in a motorbike accident on Soi Bongkot

Yesterday, June 10, 2023, a motorbike accident on Soi Bongkot in Pattaya left two individuals hurt, one critically. Two motorbikes collided at a busy junction near the Soi South Pattaya 16/Soi Bongkot entrance, causing the accident.

Both motorbike riders sustained injuries, with Mr. Charin Yuenyao, 35, sustaining only minor abrasions. In the meantime, Mr. Niruslee Mueringung, 33, was unconscious and had a severe head injury. He lost a significant amount of blood and was taken to the hospital in a critical condition. At the time of publication, his state was unclear. He wasn’t donning a helmet.

Mr. Jatupol Boonchaisri, a 35-year-old witness, told Thai media that he was nearby when the collision occurred and heard a big boom. He claimed that it was unclear who was at fault and that his first priority was to contact the police and rescue services.

The Pattaya News was also informed by Pattaya City Police that they would turn to reviewing CCTV in order to try and ascertain the facts because it was unclear from witness testimony what caused the collision. Mr. Charin declined to make a statement right away, stating that he needed to get his abrasions treated first.
