The victim, identified as 21-year-old Savry Pich from Cambodia, had fallen from the building, landing on the roof of a classic blue Volkswagen van before hitting the ground. The vehicle sustained damage to its roof, while the woman was left critically injured. Emergency responders provided first aid at the scene before transporting her to the hospital.
According to friends of the victim, they had been drinking together in the apartment before parting ways for the night. The reason for her fall remains unclear, though friends revealed that she had previously attempted to jump from the 14th floor but was stopped at the time. Pattaya police have secured the scene and informed Police Colonel Navin Thirawit. Investigators are currently reviewing CCTV footage to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
