The adolescent technical college student was shot dead on Ranong 2 Road in the Dusit area on Monday morning, according to a 22-year-old male who informed police that the student had stabbed one of his gang members.
Additionally, he allegedly claimed that before attacking the 16-year-old, they had ingested drinks laced with kratom.
According to Pol. Col. Traipop Paetrat, the chief of the Dusit station, case investigators detained an 18-year-old boy known only as Thanakorn and 22-year-old Akarapol Sirimekanon on Tuesday.
They are suspected of killing 16-year-old Pongpeera, a Dusit Technical College student who was killed on Monday morning while wearing his school uniform.
According to the two suspects, there were four of them and they drank kratom beverages before attacking the student.
According to them, the victim was riding a friend’s motorbike as a pillion on his way to school. They rode up to him on their bikes.
There was an argument, according to Mr. Akarapol, a deliveryman who used to attend school in the Thon Buri neighborhood. He claimed that Pongpeera had stabbed Thanakorn, who was riding a pillion on another motorcycle. Thus, he fired him.
