Pattaya is focusing on promoting health and wellness tourism to appeal to Middle Eastern tourists. Mayor Poramase Ngampiches heads the Pattaya City administration, which is actively participating in the Arabian Travel Mart (ATM 2024) held in Dubai, UAE from May 5-11.

Recognized as the world’s third-largest tourism promotion event, ATM 2024 revolves around the theme ‘Empowering Innovation: Transforming Travel Through Entrepreneurship’.

Pattaya City’s presentation at the event highlights distinctive health tourism offerings such as the Ang Sila stone massage and Mind and Soul therapy, garnering significant interest from attendees from the Middle East.

Entrepreneurs from various sectors including hospitality, medical services, attractions, and travel, representing Pattaya City, engaged with potential business partners from the Middle East at the Pattaya Variety booth during the event.

The delegation from Pattaya City, together with Thailand’s Consul General in Dubai, Nipa Nirannut, and the Governor of the Tourism Authority of Thailand, Thapanee Kiatpaiboon, inaugurated the Thailand Pavilion at the event.
