A 29-year-old man has been arrested after shooting an ATM in front of a market in Nachaluay District of the northeastern Thai province of Ubon Ratchathani, Sanook.com reported today (5 Oct 2020).
The shooter said he was angry after a local bank rejected his loan request.
He later took a methamphetamine pill, drove to the market and shot the ATM “to release his frustration.”
