Luna Benna, 21, from Chicago, Illinois, claims that Tinder deleted her account because she was so good looking that it believed she was a false catfish account
A stunning model from Chicago, USA, claims she’s frustrated with Tinder because the app deleted her account because she’s too attractive.
Luna Benna, 21, who now lives in Florida, pulls in cash by sharing sexy snaps online, but says she’s “too hot for Tinder”.
The young woman, who has 1.2m followers on Instagram, @luna.benna, was single for three years before finding love.
She signed up to the dating app in 2017 – and men were so taken with her they offered her gifts, holidays and money.
Some have even proposed!
Luna said: “I was young, dumb and… looking for love.
“I received so many odd and silly messages during my time on Tinder.
“People offering me vacations, proposing to me, even offering money if I agreed to meet up with them.
“I never actually went through with that one, by the way.”
The model met up with some single matches, but the dates were disastrous.
She said: “I definitely matched with people I liked. Did lots and lots of texting and FaceTiming, phone calls – the whole thing.
“Although I only actually ever met up with a couple of people from Tinder.
“One was a super awkward experience – the dude said my presence was so powerful it made him uncomfortable.
“He said it honest-to-God temporarily paralysed him and he’d never met a woman like me before.
“We didn’t have much in common and the vibe got weird after that.”
After a while, Luna was kicked off the app altogether.
She said: “From time to time, people would threaten me, on Tinder, for being too good-looking.
“People were stealing my photos and making money using my images. catfishing, basically.”
Luna continued: “Because there’s so many fake profiles out there, whenever I start a legit account I get reported and Tinder has me taken down!
“I’ve had a lot of different looks over the years, and have been on the Internet forever, so they have lots of options to work with.
“There’s even a fake Facebook of me somewhere that someone made, it currently has thousands of followers!”
Many of the fake accounts using Luna’s image describe themselves as escorts or sex workers.
The young model tried confronting them at first, but the accounts would just block her.
Luckily, Luna found her current partner on Tinder just before she was banned.
She said: “He picked me up and we went back to his place for dinner.about:blank?unblock=true
“I knew friends of his before meeting him, so I already expected to have things in common and be with safe company.
“We both were into photography and modelling and saw an opportunity in the industry where we both are today, and we work together on my Instagram and OnlyFans content.
“We’re pretty much a power couple.”
