A MAN is filmed on his internal dash cam with his hands off the steering wheel, swigging Bollinger champagne, rolling a ciggie and sending texts.
Mason Cowgill, 27, then crashed his work’s truck last June into a family’s stationary car containing three children at Ingleton, North Yorks.

York crown court heard the thug had also gone on a crime spree three weeks before in Harrogate.
He stole Chablis and prosecco from Tesco plus wine from a hotel.
Cowgill, of Gargrave, North Yorks, who said he had drink and drug issues, admitted dangerous driving and the thefts.
None of the family in the crash was injured.
Judge Simon Hickey asked: “Do you pose a risk to the public?
“You do in terms of driving.”
Cowgill was jailed for 16 months, banned from driving for 32 months and must then take a road test.
