Social Distancing – It seems that there is only one discussion dominating the internet and our conversations at the minute and that is social distancing.

Health experts have recommended that we have to practice this is we are to ever get over the Covid-19 virus as it continues to spread to all corners of the globe.

HOW DO YOU MAINTAIN SOCIAL DISTANCE?

It is recommended that keeping at least a one-metre gap from a sick person, also, people should avoid shaking hands, hugging or kissing people with any symptoms.

If you have to care for a person or people that has COVID-19 or symptoms that are similar, then wearing a mask can help you from getting sick.

The WHO recommends a one-metre gap, but the U.S Centre for Disease Control and Prevention has recommended that person should actually keep a distance of 2 meters from another person.
