Tommy Robinson supporters from around the world have taken to the streets to protest the former EDL leader’s arrest in Leeds on Friday and now serving a 13 month jail sentence has sent shockwaves throughout the World of a totalitarian act from the British Government .
In Britain, protesters stormed through London, climbing the gates of Downing Street and proudly singing Tommy’s name to the police guarding number 10.
Elsewhere in the capital city, key political figures including Gerard Batten – the leader of UKIP, David Coburn – the leader of UKIP in Scotland, Raheem Kassam – former Editor-In-Chief of Breitbart and others made speeches passionately defending Tommy’s right to freedom.
In Australia, a huge crowd of hundreds of protestors swarmed the British consulate in Melbourne, donning Pro-Tommy banners and demanding his release.
In Canada, prominent right-wing activist Lauren Southern – who is not subject to a reporting ban unlike those in the UK – recorded a video arguing for Tommy’s immediate release. She was joined by Tommy’s former employer Rebel Media, who are also based in Canada and are calling for Tommy’s release.
Despite huge swathes of support for Tommy all around the WORLD, there has been a total media blackout on all of the protests and statements of support. AT – EP
