Fire at Plastic recycling plant, Rayong Province

There was a fire at a plastic recycling plant in Nikhom Phatthana district, Rayong province, almost 4 hours, and the fire was still not under control. 

Because inside the factory, some structures collapsed.

Today (7 November 2021) there was a severe fire inside the plastic recycling plant, Makham Koo Subdistrict, Nikhom Phatthana District, Rayong Province. Officers coordinated 5 Tambon Makham Koo municipal fire trucks along with Sawang Phon Kuson Rescue Squad.

Amornthep Lekplai, Mayor of Makham Khu Subdistrict, said officials had taken control of the fire. For nearly four hours, the fire was still spreading throughout the area, so foam was sprayed and water was extracted around the factory. in order not to spread outside the factory building

Initially, the fire could be controlled in a limited area. But the fire still burns because there is a lot of fuel The sound of an explosion sounded caused by the remaining fuel in the machine No one was injured or killed in this fire.

As for the cause, we have to check again after the fire has calmed down. 

The factory had a fire three months ago.
