A SHAMED ex-Royal Irish Regiment soldier who allegedly admitted murdering a Thai sex worker with a machete and a snooker cue has been spotted in Fermanagh after apparently fleeing Thailand on bail.
Neil Elliott (48), who was kicked out of the Army after robbing a milkman, was arrested and charged with murder in Pattaya after reportedly confessing that he had killed the prostitute while high on drugs.
Sunday Life has spoken to a number of people who have seen a bearded Elliott in the past fortnight in the Enniskillen and Monea areas of Co Fermanagh, where he is believed to own several properties.
