AirAsia launched it new service to Shenzhen, China yesterday, June 18 adding a new route direct route to what is rapidly becoming the company’s second largest Thailand hub.
The CNX-SZX flights run four times weekly – Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday utilizing an Airbus 320.
FD592 leaves Chiang Mai International Airport at 11:10 p.m. and land in Shenzhen at 3 a.m. The return flight – FD593, leaves Shenzhen at 4 a.m., landing in Chiang Mai at 6 a.m.
As noted when the service was first announced in MAY the new Chiang Mai service is in place of a previous Chiang Rai – Shenzhen service which has been reduced from seven flights a week to three flights a week.
