The body of a 49-year-old woman was discovered early on Monday morning on Thepparat Road in the Bang Pakong district, and the police are looking into her death.
Her body lay beneath the elevated Burapha Withi (Bang Na-Bang Pakong) freeway, on the side of the road facing Talad Lao fresh market and heading towards Bangkok. At 2:30 am on Monday, the incident was reported to the local police.
She had a broken leg and was bleeding from the lips, nose, and ears, but there were no indications that she had been physically attacked, according to the police.
Above, parked on the elevated road, was a silver MG vehicle. It had the sunroof open and its warning lights on. The doors had been shut. The automobile appeared to have left markings on the guardrail of the freeway.
Police stated the deceased woman was a resident of Bangkok’s Lat Krabang neighborhood. Investigators were awaiting the autopsy report from Police General Hospital.
