Bang Khen district police in Bangkok are checking a CCTV footage to find out who discarded a dead new-born baby found inside a plastic bag left on a roadside, the Thai-language daily Khao Sod reported (July 27, 2019).
A 42-year-old road sweeper found the dead baby after a dog barked and tried to tear up the plastic bag.
“I was shocked to find what was inside the bag,” said the road sweeper.
