At their school in Nakhon Si Thammarat, a senior student forcedly injected a chemical into the penis of a 15-year-old boy, causing him to suffer excruciating nerve damage.
On Tuesday, when the boy and his mother, Jutamad, went to a Nonthaburi hospital for treatment, internet leaker Guntouch Pongpaiboonwet went with them.
The youngster, also known by his nickname Aye, attends Mathayom 4 (Grade 10) in Nakhon Si Thammarat.
He claimed that on August 1, a senior student had pushed him into a school restroom cubicle and injected something into his penis with a syringe.
Aye claimed that during the course of the following several days, his penis grew painfully swelled, making it impossible for him to urinate.
The youngster acknowledged being teased at school, but he maintained that the injection was given against his consent and that he did not know who had attacked him.
Ms. Jutamad claimed that when she brought her son to a nearby hospital in Nakhon Si Thammarat, a specialist wasn’t available, so she was sent away. When her son’s condition did not get better, he was referred to another hospital.
Ms. Jutamad claimed that after that, she complained to the police, but that they didn’t seem to be moving forward with the case for several weeks.
The youngster had received a visit from a school representative at his house, who offered him 1,000 baht in cash and a gift basket in exchange.
Mr. Guntouch claims that the older student recorded the assault on camera and sent it to other students in the school. The boy was much more humiliated by this.
The young man needed sophisticated therapy, according to a doctor at the Nonthaburi hospital, because some of the nerve tissue in his penis had been irreversibly injured.
