A international visitor was hurt when a fire broke out in an opulent Pattaya hotel. On Monday at around 4 AM, firefighters rushed to the scene after authorities got a call reporting a fire at a hotel on Pattaya Third Road.
The seven-story hotel’s second floor was where the fire started, and it soon spread to nearby rooms, posing a serious hazard. Approximately 30 minutes were needed to put out the flames.
According to early accounts, a 31-year-old Kuwaiti man was hurt when he came into contact with the flames. He recalled seeing the fire as he was leaving the restroom and making an unsuccessful attempt to put it out. He had to flee since the fire spread so quickly.
The authorities have not yet determined the cause of the fire. To undertake a comprehensive investigation into the occurrence, they are now working in coordination with forensic specialists. (TNA)
