On August 7th, a Pattaya Rescue Unit successfully released a 6-year-old Chinese girl whose left hand became entangled in the water circulation pipe in the swimming pool at Nern Khao Resort in Huay Yai.
The 3-hour rescue procedure included draining the pool and carefully removing the PVC pipe off the distraught girl’s wrist with electric saws. Fortunately, the girl’s hand did not sustain any significant injuries despite the terrifying encounter. She was taken to a neighboring hospital for medical attention.
