Thai Vietjet has announced the two options it will give to passengers who have been forced to cancel flights this month due to the escalating COVID-19 situation.
Those who booked and paid for their tickets before 10th April, with flight dates from 12th-30th April, cannot apply for refunds but can do one of the following:
Change the date free of charge one time only – but the new flight is subject to availability, must be used by 31st July and must be on the same route, or they can keep the value of the ticket as a credit voucher, also to be used by 31st July 2021.
Passengers whose travel dates fall into the allowed period and wish to contact the airline for support regarding changing their flight or getting a credit voucher (at least 72 hours before the original departure time), should choose one of four options:
Complete an e-Form at https://bit.ly/2L6Yv4z (the recommended channel); contact the airline via the Line messaging app @Thaivietjet; email [email protected] or use the airline’s Live Chat service at https://skyfun.vietjetair.com.
Thai Vietjet says it is committed to providing the highest level of safety for its passengers and has been performing aircraft disinfection daily throughout its fleet in compliance with Ministry of Public Health instructions.
