PHIL Collins will be quizzed under oath over claims he did not shower or brush his teeth for a year.
The In the Air Tonight singer, 70, is to be questioned by his ex-wife’s lawyers.
Jewellery designer Orianne Bates, 47, is suing him for half of their former Miami home.
A judge in Los Angeles this week rejected Phil’s bid to have the case dismissed.
He will now be quizzed in a filmed deposition.
Orianne’s lawyer Richard Wolfe added: “I anticipate his deposition sometime in December after his tour.”
Orianne — who has two sons with Phil — has alleged he abused alcohol and prescription medication, did not brush his teeth, stopped showering and became “depressed, abusive and incapable of having sex”.
She married Tom Bates, 32, last year.
Phil’s lawyers call the claims “scandalous, scurrilous, unethical and, for the most part, patently false or grossly exaggerated” — and “totally immaterial” to the dispute over the house.
