To promote the developing EV industry in the nation, the Provincial Electricity Authority built EV charging stations in Pattaya.
On April 11, PEA Gov. Supachai Ek-un and Deputy Mayor of Pattaya Manote Nongyai officially launched the 360-kilowatt station at Bali Hai Pier. It is touted as the nation’s most potent charging port. PEA intends to add 150 more stations nationwide, raising the total to 313 across 64 provinces.
The Bali Hai “Super Charge” station is built to accommodate more powerful EV models and shorten charging times.
The utility is creating a selection of charging stations in various sizes and wattages to disperse across the nation either independently or through corporate partners.
