Facemasks sold out in Phitsanulok

Facemasks to prevent PM 2.5 particles were sold out in all shops in the central Thai province of Phitsanulok today (Jan 28, 2020) as local residents are more concerned about protecting their health, the Thai-language daily Thai Rath reported.

Many residents have to buy ordinary facemasks which are sold for 55 baht per box, with 50 facemasks.

Facemasks against PM2.5 are priced at 40 baht per piece.
