Currently we only offer this package with condos, however we are looking into offering this package on houses in the future.
We are very flexible on deposits and monthly payments and have payment packages of 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 years and in some cases can even 8,9, or 10 years.
Below are just a few examples of what we have to offer based on a 30% deposit, however that is not set in stone and as we said we are flexible and look at each case on an individual basis.
Also if you already own a condo and wish to trade it in for one of our condos we have trade in option available.
Once you have chosen a condo with us and are in our rent to buy programme if at any time you wish to upgrade your condo to a bigger better unit we can immediately do that for you.
Everything you have already paid will be transferred to the unit you want to upgrade to with no charge whatsoever.
Meaning if you have a noisy neighbour, or construction work is bothering you, pick the phone up call us and we can relocate you to many other units within your budget.
