Police arrested a 44-year-old man secretly stealing a girl’s underwear so he could later masturbate in the wilderness beside Wat Pho Watanavaram, Tambon Na Muang, Amphoe Mueang, Chai Nat Province. The police found 30 pieces of underwear after a girl was informed that someone was stealing from her dorm room. One police man had said “This is the first time I’ve ever seen this. To steal underwear to then bring it back to later inhale, then masturbate because they are single, and have no wife when the mood.
