Woman Credits Guardian Spirit for Surviving Car Crash

A young woman driving a car crashed into a utility pole near Pattaya, completely destroying the vehicle, but the driver escaped with only minor injuries. The driver claimed that her car’s guardian spirit saved her life.

The Sawang Boriboon Thammasathan Rescue Center received a report of a serious car accident on a motorway heading towards Pattaya. Rescue teams immediately responded to the scene.

Upon arrival, they found a white Honda Jazz that had crashed into a roadside utility pole. The car was severely damaged, but the driver, who was trapped inside, was rescued with only very minor injuries. This outcome surprised both the rescue team and nearby witnesses, given the extensive damage to the vehicle.

The driver, 21-year-old Ms. Wipawan said that she didn’t wear any amulets but believed she survived the accident due to always praying to her car’s guardian spirit before every journey. She admitted to often driving at high speeds and blamed the crash on the lack of lighting at the curve, which she said caused her to lose control of the vehicle.

Police are investigating the incident but have not commented on whether they believe a guardian spirit played a role in helping the young woman survive with almost no injuries.
