It has been reported that the last of the Covid-19 patients have now been discharged from hospital and sent home. So, that means that the city is now virus-free.
There have been no new cases of the virus reported in the last 3 weeks and on May the 5th Deputy Mayor Manote Nongyai had said that the last five patients had now been realised from the hospital.
However, he added that people still have to be careful and stay vigilant and still maintain good hygiene and social distancing and this includes wearing masks, using sanitizers and washing hands often.
