Transgender Brawl Erupts at Pattaya Beer Bar, Shocking Tourists

A violent altercation between two transgender individuals at a beer bar in Pattaya has recently gone viral, shocking both locals and tourists. CCTV footage captured the brawl in full view of passersby in this city, often regarded as a world-class family-friendly resort destination.

The incident took place on February 15th, 2025, at around 10:30 PM, at a beer bar located on Pattaya Central Road Sai 2. In the footage, two transgender women were seen pulling each other’s hair and slapping each other, causing a scene that grabbed the attention of tourists nearby.

On February 22nd, reporters from The Pattaya News visited the bar where the altercation occurred and spoke with Teerawat, a transgender woman from Saraburi who works part-time at the bar and was one of the individuals involved in the fight. Teerawat explained that she was the victim of an unprovoked attack.

She recounted that she was playing pool with her foreign boyfriend when an ice cube mysteriously fell near her. Looking around for the source, Teerawat noticed Bella, a 24-year-old transgender woman, sitting nearby. Bella, an old acquaintance of Teerawat, had once been romantically involved with Teerawat’s boyfriend. According to Teerawat, Bella then started taunting her verbally. Although Teerawat tried to ignore the provocations, Bella approached her, twirling her hair before suddenly yanking it, sparking a fierce physical altercation between the two. The fight continued until bystanders intervened, as seen in the CCTV footage.

After the incident, Teerawat filed a police report at Pattaya Police Station. She claimed that Bella is associated with a notorious group of transgender individuals known for using violence in the city. Teerawat also reported receiving threatening phone calls from senior members of the group, warning her to “watch your back.” In light of these threats, Teerawat plans to file an additional report for harassment.

The Pattaya News team also visited a nearby beer bar where Bella had been working part-time. The bar manager, “Pae,” a 28-year-old woman, confirmed that Bella was immediately dismissed after the altercation due to her inappropriate behavior, which had reportedly scared off customers. “Roddup,” a 29-year-old security guard at a nearby bar, also shared his account, mentioning that he was called to break up a “transgender brawl” on the night of the fight. Later, he discovered that Bella was part of a group banned from the area due to their violent behavior towards others.
