Thailand Four-day holidays for new year
Thailand will have a four-day break for revelers to celebrate the upcoming new year.
The cabinet on Tuesday announced the New Year holidays.
From Dec 30, 2017, to Jan 2, 2018, as the last two days of the year fall on a weekend.
“In principle, if annual holidays fall on weekends, additional holidays will be added,”
government spokesman Lt Gen Sansern Kaewkamnerd said. Source: Bangkok Post
